Our products are separated and flat packed for delivery, which is meant to optimize container loading. You need to install saunas by yourself after receiving boxes. 1-person sauna is usually packed in 1 or 2 boxes, while 2-person sauna and 3-person person are 2 or 3 boxes.

Handling

Each sauna has unique serial number on its outer packaging and product itself, which can be used to trace the production time, batch numbers of production and material used and related production operators and testing personnel. Therefore, all you need to do is find containers under the same serial number and finish assembly.
