After-sales support

We have a perfect after sales service system and we are committed to respond to every request of our customers.

• 1) Each sauna is shipped from the factory with a serial number on its outer packaging and product itself so that our service staff can trace its information in production process and provide targeted and efficient service.

• 2) As long as our customers have consultation questions about aftersales service, we will give answers within 2 hours during our working time.

• 3) As long as our customers have complaints about our products, we will make a confirmation and document customer complaints. Then our technical experts will find out the reason and give solutions in 48 hours.
