Warranty and Return

The wood, structure, heating elements and electronics against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the original date of goods leaving our factory.

Return Policy and after sales service

1) Any parts determined to be defective can be returned to the distributor to obtain warranty service. The manufacturer, Daxiang should provide free spare parts by containers loading or air express (if urgent, freight negotiable) if they are proved to be our quality issues.

2) If the complete unit sold get returned and no longer suitable to sell because of terrible quality issue made by the manufacture, Daxiang should compensate the FOB value of the corresponding unit.

3) Some disputed damages such as damages during transit, should be resolved through friendly negotiation.

Our sauna is for INDOOR use only. Placing sauna outdoors will VOID this warranty. Any damage due to exposure to outdoor elements such as rain, snow, sun, wind or extreme temperatures will not be covered by this warranty. Any damages as a result of modifications made to the sauna or its components will void this warranty.
